concentrate exclusively on the challenge of operating the agencies. Sinocome has been a franchising company and has relied on its franchisees, our Agents,to play a major
role in the System's
success. Sinocome remains committed to franchising as a predominant way of doing business.
We are actively seeking highly qualified business people to join our System as agents.
Being a Sinocome's agent is a tremendous opportunity. We are seeking individuals with significant business
experience who have successfully owned or managed multiple business units or have lead multiple departments and who have
significant
financial resources. We are a family of over 100 agencies passionate about satisfying our customers, growing our business, making money and having fun.
Qualification of agents
• Agents must be formal enterprises registered in the Trade and Industry Bureau
with 300,000—500,000 RMB capital. An individual applicant must have corporate support company.
• Agents that have a good relationship with the public security, the judiciary, government departments will be an advantage to be considered.
• Different types of agent: Distributor agents, Regional agents, Cities agents and Products agents. The fees of the four agents are 200,000, 150,000, 100,000 and 20,000 RMB.
• Only one distributor agent will be set up in one province.
• Sinocome is the sole agent signing, others may not do so. Otherwise the agent's right will be cancelled.
Procedure of being Sinocome's agent
• Applicants should provide relevant documents: Business
license, Tax registration certificates, ID cards of the legal representatives of the enterprise.
• After checking the documents applicants will be able to proceed with market
activities. In order to gain the eligibility applicants must fulfill the following criteria: In major cities like Beijing or Shanghai applicants must sign the contract with minimum 4 different customers within three month, and in provincial cities will be minimum 3 customers.
• Then the two sides will sign an agreement, and agents will
fill out the registration form. Thus you are one of our big families.
